As the stiffness of the neck, it is called a stiff neck. Not a normal muscle stiffness. You feel a little differently. They would not be able to touch your chest with the chin. The symptoms develop very quickly in one or two days. Light sensitivity is a symptom of nausea and vomiting associated with headache are different. Not everyone develops a rash. In the development and begins with a few small spots here and there, but it is spreading fast. It looks a little bruised and does not know (fade) when pressed. The eruption, if it occurs at all, comes later. It is caused by blood seeping into the fabric flat.
Neck stiffness is a hallmark of meningitis are headache and photophobia (light sensitivity). The rash is usually red and flat. The way to know whether you have a meningitis outbreak, which is described here: http://www.immunisation.nhs.uk/Vaccines/ ...
